Responsibilities
- Define, implement and continuously evolve leadership frameworks, principles, and competencies to strengthen leadership quality globally
- Shape and steer leadership qualification activities that build capabilities aligned with our organizational goals
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on leadership development strategies and best practices
- Drive initiatives that elevate leadership quality and performance across all regions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and our global People and Organization community to ensure leadership development supports strategic priorities
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Proven experience in leadership development and ideally prior experience in a leadership role. The latter explicitly includes leadership roles outside of HR
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect leadership strategies with business objectives
- Excellent consulting and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Global mindset and experience working in an international environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
