Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to diverse global stakeholders, aligning with project objectives and business goals.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of global change management initiatives, including communications, training programs, and stakeholder engagement plans. Provide a change management concept as well as an enabling/training concept that can be adapted by the regions
  • Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary based on feedback and observed challenges.
  • Manage a team of change and enabling specialists and collaborate with external consultants to guide and support the change process across different regions.
  • Provide expert advice and support to senior management on change management risks and impacts.
  • Foster a positive environment of innovation and transformation, encouraging feedback and dialogue across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in leading change management for large-scale IT projects, preferably in HR transformations.
  • Excellent understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Certification in Prosci ADKAR, Change Management Practitioner (CMP) or similar is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
