- Communicate in a professional, easy-to-understand manner tailored to each user
- Provide reliable product and service information following support standards
- Adhere to security and data protection rules during all customer interactions
Requirements

- High school diploma or higher
- Previous experience in customer support environment
- Excellent German and English communication skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
