German speaking Pharmacovigilance Team Lead
We are looking for a Pharmacovigilance Team Lead to join our Pharmacovigilance team in Budapest.
Responsibilities:
Job location: Budapest, Hungary, 9thDistrict, Mill Park Office Building
Role type: Full time employment
Working hours: 40 hours/ week
Hybrid work mode: office presence once per month
General working hours: Monday to Friday between 9:00 - 17:30
- Responsible for day-to-day work
- Tracking of activities on a daily basis for the project
- Timely reporting of Metrics and updating related quality tools/ trackers for deliverables
- Setting performance goals for the team
- Ensure appropriate distribution of work among direct reports
- Ensure proper communication with client (as applicable)
- Ensure completion of training plan for all direct reports
- Ensure that SLAs and KPIs are maintained as per contractual agreement
- Perform annual performance appraisals of direct reports and provide regular feedback to the team
- Reporting to their supervisor on performance, status and any escalations for the team
- Responsible for motivation and retention of the team
- Communication of Resource issues / Resignations / Absconder to supervisor
- Managing assessment and development of team members
- Ensure Audit readiness at all times
- Ensure adherence to internal and client procedures for self and team
- Ensuring training compliance and proper documentation is maintained in line with Global Training Plan (GTP) / Global Training Transcript (GTT) for self and team
- Lead / guide associates in process improvement initiatives in agreement with Client
Your profile:
Minimal Education Qualification:
Graduate in Life Sciences domain
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of total PV experience of which minimum 1 year of experience in handling teams (for external hires)
Language Capability:
Good spoken and written German & English proficiency (level B2 CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) minimum or equivalent) or Native German speaker with education in English medium
