Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include as a German speaking Order management representative:
- Managing assigned customer accounts in accordance with internal policies and compliance standards
- Identifying and resolving issues through root-cause analysis and ensuring timely follow-up
- Supporting system and process improvements
- Creating reports and monitoring customer orders in SAP
- Handling customer master data updates
- Daily communication with customers and internal teams regarding orders, shipments, and requirements
- Resolving backorders and building strong cross-functional relationships
Requirements
What makes you the ideal candidate:
- University or college degree
- Fluent in both German and English
- Strong MS Office skills
- Minimum 2 year of experience in order delivery
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, Business Objects, or project management is a plus
