Állás leírása

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient technical support at L1 or L1.5 Levels.
  • Deliver telephone support primarily in German to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain 24/7 telephone availability, including holidays and weekends, working in 3 shifts.
  • Receive, categorize, and offer initial support for problems or requests based on defined procedures.
  • Handle customer requests and open incidents in the relevant Service Desk tools.
  • Timely processing of electronic mail related to technical support.
  • Resolve incidents according to specifications and make qualified referrals when necessary.
  • Identify and escalate priority requests, adhering to ticket handling processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school/college degree in IT or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Pro-customer orientation with excellent communication skills (clear and understandable pronunciation, fluency).
  • High flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to perform in a 24/7 shift environment.
  • Fluency in German (spoken and written), with good knowledge of English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Strong IT skills and technical knowledge, with additional expertise in technical support environments considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with an international team.
  • Independence, positive attitude, and motivation.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience and familiarity with various IS for controlling and documenting IT Service Desk processes (Serviceware Processes or helpLine 6.5, Microsoft Active Directory, SAP Fieldglass, TeamViewer, Remote Desktop Tool, etc.)—an advantage.
