Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR service delivery in the German region, ensuring a great employee experience and high customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with local HR teams to improve and implement HR processes and policies.
- Take part in HR projects and help develop HR structures and workflows.
- Support the alignment of international HR service standards and processes.
- Ensure cost-effective operations in Recruiting, HR Administration, and People services, while tracking performance.
- Be a supportive and inspiring leader-coach, motivate, and develop your team

Requirements

Requirements:
- University degree in business or HR-related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR Shared Services and team management, experience in a manager role
- Fluent in English and German
- Experience managing budgets and leading international HR teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of HR and technology trends.
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
- Comfortable working across all levels of the HR organization.
- Analytical mindset with strong presentation skills.
