Responsibilities

What You'll Do
- Deliver customer and technical assistance, including troubleshooting and installation/deployment support for engineers
- Handle inquiries promptly by following established support workflows, escalating more complex cases to Level 2 when required
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards while working collaboratively with customers, engineers, and internal teams

Requirements

What You Bring:
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2) and German (C1)
- A customer-centric approach and strong problem‑solving abilities
- Solid organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
