Company info
Our client, an international trading company, is looking for an experienced Customer Experience Advisor to join their team. This is a hybrid position that offers the chance to work with a leading global company in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Tasks
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and partners across multiple communication channels
- Manage incoming inquiries
- Manage your own case queue and ensure high-quality service
- Process account requests, refunds, social media queries, and log actions in internal systems
Profile
- Fluent German and good communicative skills in English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Openness to working in shifts
