Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound interactions with B2B customers
- Provide technical troubleshooting for mobile, fixed-line, internet, and TV services
- Respond to customer queries via calls, emails (Sprinklr), and ticket systems
- Manage open cases and follow up on pending technical issues
- Support customers with contracts, billing, and product-related queries
- Identify suitable Care-to-Sales opportunities where appropriate
- Ensure accurate system documentation and compliance with processes
Requirements
- German proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written)
- Basic English knowledge
- High flexibility regarding working hours, willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
- Confident PC user with the ability to work across multiple systems
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with empathy and professionalism
- Customer-focused approach with attention to follow-ups and resolution
