General manager/ Operantions manager

We are looking for a strong hospitality operations manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, staff management, service quality, and operational systems across high volume venues.
The position requires a hands on manager with strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and attention to detail. This is not an office only position. The manager is expected to be active on the floor, monitor operations closely, solve problems quickly, and maintain high standards during service.
Responsibilities:
• Daily operational control of restaurant and floor
• Staff management and supervision
• Recruitment and training of employees
• Monitoring service quality and guest satisfaction
• Managing opening and closing procedures
• Controlling cleanliness, hygiene, and organization
• Monitoring stock and operational systems
• Coordinating between kitchen, bar, and floor
• Problem solving during service
• Reporting and administrative follow up
• Maintaining company standards and operational discipline
