Responsibilities
We are in search of a General Manager for a private clinic in the Aesthetic medical sector who has the capability of creating a dynamic work environment and fostering relationships both within and outside the clinic. If you have a proven leadership background with a proactive attitude and you’re driven to excel in healthcare management, we welcome your application.
Requirements
- Leadership & Team Building: Lead a team of professionals by setting clear goals, exemplifying integrity, and creating an atmosphere of motivation and growth.
- Communication & Networking: Maintain effective communication channels with staff, patients, stakeholders, and industry peers. Cultivate a network of professional contacts to enhance clinic operations and patient referrals.
- Behavioral Insights: Use your deep understanding of the psychological decision-making process to enhance patient engagement and refine marketing approaches.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal and ethical standards in clinic practices.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, optimize expenses, and drive financial strategies to boost clinic profitability.
- Operational Efficiency: Coordinate resources and schedules to improve workflow and minimize patient wait times.
- Patient Care: Uphold a patient-centric approach in all activities, with a strong focus on safety, care, and satisfaction—particularly for individuals dealing with hair loss.
- Adaptability: Respond proactively to changes in healthcare regulations, technology, and market conditions.
