Responsibilities

Develop and implement a sales strategy tailored to the Hungarian market
Increase market share and standardize the sales process
Lead, coach, and develop the local team; manage performance and foster a strong culture
Ensure financial and legal compliance; collaborate with HQ in Germany and Austria
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Drive personal sales activities in key product areas

Requirements

3–5+ years of leadership and sales experience in an international environment
University degree in engineering or business
Language skills: Hungarian native, English B2, German basic level
Strong communication, analytical thinking, proactive and hands-on approach
High willingness to travel
Flexible location with presence in Győr

Until now, the market was served through the Austrian subsidiary, but from January 1, 2026, an independent legal entity will be established in Győr. General Manager’s position purpose is to lead and develop the Hungarian subsidiary, accelerate growth, strengthen market presence, and build a professional, high-performing team.
