Responsibilities
- Administration of company cars
- Active participate in organizing company events
- Occasionally order taxi
- Manage emplyee’s Visa and work permits
- Organization of business trips, include hotel and flight reservations and coordinate them with contracted partners
- Cooperate and contact with the labor hire companies and payroll
- Support recruitment processes
- Administration of new employee and leaving employee
Requirements
Experience: 2 years working experience in HR Or GA field
Other skills: Computer skills (MS Office),flexible, good problem solving ability, high level communication skills in English (both written and verbal), independent and precise work
