Fuel Offer Management Senior Expert

MOL Group is looking for a strategic, commercially minded expert to shape the future of our fuel offering across multiple markets. In this role, you’ll drive fuel strategy from vision to execution, strengthen customer loyalty, grow premium penetration, and support our 2030 ambitions.

• Develop and align Group‑level fuel strategy and category management frameworks

• Lead pricing and consumer marketing initiatives in cooperation with local teams

• Support annual planning, forecasting, and performance reviews across markets

• Optimize fuel pricing using market insights and tools like Kalibrate

• Strengthen cooperation across the value chain (Refining, Logistics, Fleet, Marketing, etc.)

• Ensure fuel quality, operational excellence, and best‑practice sharing

• Contribute to infrastructure tenders and HSE‑compliant fuel storage solutions

• University degree in Economics or Business

• 5+ years of experience in retail or commercial roles (fuel industry experience is a plus)

• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work cross‑country

• Fluent business English and willingness to travel
