Responsibilities

Your responsibilities:

Preparing and presenting a high-quality breakfast service according to our culinary standards
Ensuring a smooth and efficient breakfast operation from preparation to service
Preparing egg dishes, hot breakfast items, and à la carte breakfast orders
Setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet and ensuring an attractive presentation throughout service
Ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP) in the kitchen
Managing the mise en place for breakfast and preparing ingredients for the following day
Working closely with the service team to ensure a seamless guest experience
Supporting the kitchen team with additional preparation when required

Requirements

Your requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen, ideally in a hotel or restaurant environment
Culinary training or professional kitchen experience is an advantage
Passion for cooking and high-quality food preparation
A structured, reliable, and proactive working attitude
Ability to work independently in the early morning and organise the breakfast service efficiently
Strong attention to detail and presentation
Good knowledge of hygiene standards (HACCP)
Team spirit and good communication with the service and kitchen teams
Good communication skills and a well-groomed appearance
Ability to remain calm and professional in busy situations
Passion for hospitality
