Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- leads other associates by coaching
- giving direction and may include training, scheduling
- leads the agents whom are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions
- comply at all times with Hyatt standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
- fulfil all Front Office functions in all shifts
- handle and follow through on all guest requests
Requirements
- Strong leadership, communication and relationship skills
- Support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities
- Pleasant and professional personality
- Attentiveness and patience with guests
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts
Education
- Hotel Management education is a plus
- Fluent in English, additional language is an advantage
- Knowledge of PMS Opera is a plus
Experience
- Must have at least one-year work experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Senior Receptionist in 4* and 5* hotels
