As a French Speaking Service Desk Representative, you will make an impact by supporting our clients with first‑level IT assistance across a wide range of technologies. You will be a valued member of our multilingual Service Desk team, providing high‑quality customer support in French and working collaboratively with Level 2 teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.

  • Resolve IT issues as the first point of contact for end‑users (Level 1 IT support).
  • Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and ticketing tools.
  • Accurately document, log, and administer all received requests in the ticketing system.
  • Delegate unresolved issues to the appropriate Level 2 teams.
  • Follow up on open cases and ensure users are kept informed.
  • Maintain and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage tickets and queues daily to ensure timely processing.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced support environment.

Employment Details

  • C1/C2 level French and upper‑intermediate English language skills.
  • Previous experience in any customer‑facing role; IT Help Desk experience is advantageous.
  • Strong customer-focus mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Logical thinking, multitasking abilities, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating 8‑hour shifts.
  • High School Diploma or higher.
