Responsibilities

  • Key responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings and candidate screening to offer management and onboarding preparation
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define effective recruitment strategies
    • Create, update, and publish job descriptions on internal and external platforms
    • Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist applicants
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
    • Prepare offer letters and related employment documentation

Requirements

  • Your profile

    • Fluent French and English
    • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • At least 1 year of experience in HR, ideally in an in-house or shared service environment
    • Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes

For our partner, we are looking for a French-speaking recruiter to play a key role in building and shaping a growing organization.

About the role

In this position, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes and working closely with hiring managers across different functions. You will contribute to creating efficient, candidate-focused recruitment practices while ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

Working model & location

  • Hungary-based remote work is possible outside Budapest
  • In Budapest, the role is hybrid with 2-3 days of home office per week
