Responsibilities
Your tasks will be:
- Manage order entry, follow-up, invoicing, and returns
- Provide accurate stock and backorder updates
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, etc.)
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Fluent English and French language knowledge
- Experience in customer service and order management
- Proficiency in MS Office; SFDC and SAP knowledge is a plus
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
