Responsibilities - Tasks
Are you passionate about technology and helping people? We're looking for a French-Speaking IT Support Specialist to join our international team and provide first-level IT support to our clients. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with people, and learning new technologies, this role could be a great fit for you. No advanced technical background is required.
We welcome recent graduates, career changers, and anyone eager to start or grow their career in IT support!
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for users experiencing IT-related issues
- Support customers via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
- Help troubleshoot common hardware, software, and access-related problems
- Provide support in both French and English
- Document and track incidents in the ticketing system
- Escalate more complex issues to specialist teams when needed
- Keep users informed throughout the resolution process
- Deliver an excellent customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving
Requirements
- Strong command of English and French, both written and verbal
- Upper secondary school leaving certificate is mandatory
- Strong communication and customer-focused mindset
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn IT concepts
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office 365
- Flexibility to work in a shift-based environment
