Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
  • Provide top-quality support to our French-speaking customers via phone and email
  • Manage service requests, schedule maintenance visits, and coordinate technician activities
  • Log and track cases accurately in our internal systems
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate across shifts to keep everything running seamlessly

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Near-native skills in French, with at least intermediate English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — even in busy moments
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, multinational environment
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel & Outlook); Salesforce experience is a plus
  • be located in Hungary or willing to relocate by February
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a can-do attitude matter most
Working hours within the Aftersales team:
  • Monday to Friday - 8.00am-18.00pm (8 hours)
