Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Manage and administer end‑to‑end payroll and benefits processes for France and support Sweden.
- Handle employee, manager, and HR inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to secure seamless payroll delivery.
- Monitor and support service delivery performance and operational KPIs.
- Contribute to process optimization and promote best‑practice solutions.
Requirements
⭐ What You Bring
- Extensive experience with French payroll; Swedish payroll knowledge is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- A degree in HR or equivalent hands‑on payroll experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain processes.
