Responsibilities

Support planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis activities for defined contracts, products or business units
Control, process and consolidate monthly results and forecasts
Undertake key project activities
Liaise with the sub-unit(s) / center team for respective Business Units
Prepare and consolidate monthly financial results in line with IFRS / GAAP
Support budgeting, forecasting and medium-term planning
Perform month-end close activities
Analyze revenue and cost drivers and provide variance commentary
Support audits and internal controls
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to finance transformation through simplification and standardisation efforts

Requirements

Qualified accountant or finance professional with relevant post-qualification experience
Experience in financial results delivery including month-end close, variance analysis and management reporting
Good working knowledge of IFRS / GAAP, group reporting and multi-entity environments
Hands-on experience in forecasting, budgeting, planning and financial analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively to non-finance stakeholders
Experience supporting internal controls, governance and audit requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Nice-to-have

Experience working in large multinational, captive or shared service organisations
Experience managing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at senior manager level
Prior exposure to regulatory requirements, risk management frameworks and audit processes
Telco product and industry knowledge
Experience using ERP and reporting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Business Warehouse or similar tools
Hands-on experience with Power Pivot, Power Query and data automation or reporting enhancement tools
Ability to manage competing priorities and drive data-led decision-making in a fast-paced environment
