Flow Controller

is looking for a new colleague located in Zalaegerszeg for the position of: Flow Controller

Mission: Responsible to define and update the supply and stock management parameters. Insure needs / resources balance for raw material, components, sub-assemblies and finished products by managing the customer’s needs and the replenishment backlog.  Insure products availabilities by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages.

• Ensure the availability of raw materials, components, sub-assemblies and finished goods while maintaining optimal stock levels
• Manage demand and supply balance through MRP to support production and customer requirements
• Create, monitor and reschedule purchase and manufacturing orders in SAP
• Define, update and maintain supply and stock management parameters (lead time, lot size, safety stock, stocking policy)
• Monitor shortages, backorders and critical materials, and take corrective and escalation actions when needed
• Manage customer needs and claims in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
• Track service level performance (ISSR, S-OTD, U-OTD) and initiate action plans for improvement
• Participate in production, supply chain meetings, providing inputs and follow-up on decisions
• Drive inventory optimization and productivity initiatives while avoiding stock shortages and excess inventory
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports and support continuous improvement activities

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in logistics or relevant field
• Fluent verbal and written in English and Hungarian
• Advanced Excel skills
• SAP knowledge is preferred
