Within the Financial Planning and Reporting department our Team provides business partnering support for Exploration & Production which contain numerous business units and countries of operation.

 

Now our Team is looking for a highly skilled financial professional as:  

 

Financial Analyst – E&P Hungary
 

 

Location: Budapest, MOL Campus

Scope of the position:

Here, you'll immerse yourself in comprehensive financial processes, playing a crucial part in shaping the company's financial direction and providing valuable insights that directly impact our strategic decisions.

  • Analyse Financial Data: Gather and interpret data to support decision-making,

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in creating and monitoring budgets and forecasts,

  • Optimize Processes: Identify inefficiencies and implement financial process improvements,

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare reports and dashboards for management insights,

  • Risk & Compliance: Support risk management and ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Financial modelling: Prepare cash-flow calculations

  • University or College degree in finance/economics/business or equivalent,

  • 2-3 years working experience within finance/controlling/audit or FP&A,

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Hungarian,

  • User-level computer skills, advanced MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint,

  • Knowledge of general corporate processes, accounting and corporate finance,

  • Service- and process-oriented mindset, having high standards for getting to know processes in full details,

  • Proactivity with a problem solving mindset,

  • Adaptability to work either in team or independently,

  • Analytical thinking,

  • IFRS knowledge and financial modelling experience is an advantage.
