Feladatok

The position requires travel to the Vienna Office 2 days per week, with all travel expenses covered by the company (transportation, accomodation and daily allowance)

Identify, approach, and maintain the relationship with banks, leasing companies and other financial institutions to support funding the requirements of the company for vehicle acquisition and operational needs;
Negotiate loan terms, interest rates, covenants, and repayment schedules and provide regular updates and reports to senior management on funding status and financial risks;
Support audits and due diligence processes required by financial partners by ensuring accurate reporting of funding-related transactions;
Work with local authorities, understanding what are their expected times (when requesting information, when filing for VAT recovery, when requesting authorization or an approval);
Be able to represent autonomous the company in financial audits and tax audits;
Coordinate locally the collection of primary information needed for the preparation of the company’s business plan and to create the business plan, with support from the CFO;
Perform monthly Actual vs. Budget analysis, to identify deviations, explain the reasons of the deviations and to report the decided actions;
Be curious, to permanently look for funding programs, subsidies, EU funds, changes in laws that could become an opportunity (or a threat) for the company;
Actively seek and promote cost optimizations and waste reduction;
Perform other regular and ad-hoc analyses/reports;
Overview and guidance of HR admin activities.

Elvárások

Fluent both in German and English (oral and written);
Understand very well the current business environment;
Mid-Level (2-5 years) to Senior-Level (> 5 years) experience in similar roles;
Knowledge of economic theory and computer skills;
Hardworking, ambitious, and integrity-driven personality;
Strong accounting skills, risk management abilities, and financial analysis skills;
Excellent analytical, quantitative skills, and critical thinking;
Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and research skills;
Strong communication, time management, and technology skills;
Strong negotiation skills;
Ability to work as part of a team.
