Responsibilities

Finance-related matters in the newly established Asian boutique trading house with annual sales turnover 120+ mln USD/p.a.
Bank communication and treasury management including opening, maintaining, and managing bank accounts for 3+ entities
Execution of daily payments with preparation, verification, and submission of all documentation required for transaction execution
Operational activities in liquidity management, budgeting, financial instruments, reporting, and tax compliance
Collaboration with cross-functional teams in multiple geographies from supplier’s and client’s side
Analytical support to commercial teams and management
Communication with local audit teams and regulators

Requirements

5+ years experience in finance, audit, internal control, or consulting areas
Fluent Chinese language skills
Fluent English language skills
Good understanding of B2B global sales operations including Incoterms and trade finance instruments
Advanced communication and analytical skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
Work permit for China or Shanghai

Nice-to-have

ACCA, CIMA, or CMA degree
