Responsibilities

Finance-related matters management in Asian boutique trading house
Bank communication and treasury management
Bank accounts opening, maintaining, and managing for multiple entities
Daily payments execution with documentation preparation, verification, and submission
Operational activities in liquidity management, budgeting, financial instruments, reporting, tax compliance
Collaboration with cross-functional teams in multiple geographies
Analytical support to commercial teams and management
Communication with local audit teams and regulators

Requirements

5+ years experience in finance, audit, internal control, or consulting areas
Fluent Chinese language
Fluent English language
Good understanding of B2B global sales operations including Incoterms and trade finance instruments
Advanced communication and analytical skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
Work permit for China or Shanghai

Nice-to-have

ACCA, CIMA, or CMA degree
