Responsibilities
- Posting of incoming Trade and Non-Trade invoices
- Posting of Bank Statements
- Handling of Open Receivables, Open payables lists
- Posting of Fixed Asset movementsfixed asset purchase report, record keeping
- Credit limit request management, reporting to insurance companies
- Non-trade invoices registration
- Intrastat, product fee, EPR fee reporting
- Business trip reconciliation
- Approval, setup process of new suppliers and reconciliation of bank details
Requirements
- You have at least 0,5- 1 year experience in accounting and financial administration
- You studied finance and accounting
- You are fluent in Hungarian and proficient in English
- You are an advanced user of Excel
- You pay attention to the details
