Állás leírása

Responsibilities

• Filing and recording incoming and outgoing invoices in Business Central accounting software
• Checking the administration of purchases of materials and production,
• Preparing the accounts (invoices, delivery notes)
• Administration of travel accounts
• Administration of contracts, and other legal documents
• Recording, and clearing for bank statements
• Secretarial duties, ad-hoc assistance to the CEO and COO
• Working closely with external accountants, supporting their work
• Liaising with other departments (production, sales) and vendors
• Office administration (managing office supplies, etc.)

Requirements

• Basic finance knowledge and good math skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
• Good communication skills and problem-solving experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Basic understanding of business ethics
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• High School Diploma required
• Associate degree in Accounting is preferred but not required
• Experience in finance and accounting area is an advantage
