Executive assistant

This position is supporting the Managing Directors with assistance in preparation of operational topic, business decisions materials, initiatives for efficiency improvement, project tracking and ensuring an efficient administration workflow, contract approval process.

Be part of the change management team of Porsche Hungaria and shape with your experience and ideas the future for a sustainable success of the company.

Main tasks will be:

  • Supporting the Managing Directors at the development, implementation and follow up of the processes
  • Coordinating the Administration Flow/Meetings of the Managing Directors’ office including approvals and contract signatures (Calendar Management)
  • Preparation of scenarios and preparation and organization of background material for decision making (reports, analytics and presentations)
  • Identification of potentials for optimization and improvements – especially administration processes digitalization
  • Supporting the MDs with Projects tracking
  • Interface and strong collaboration with the divisions
  • Preparation and support at strategic Meetings and Workshops
  • Supporting the MDs in initiative preparation and business case preparation including analytics and preparing presentations

You need to have:

  • University degree and minimum 3 years experience in similar position
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office 365, special focus on collaboration tools: Teams workspace, ppt, Excel).
  • Keen on details, structured mind
  • Good communication and cooperation skills
  • Proactivity
  • Good time management
  • Fluent English
  • German knowledge is an advantage
