We are expanding our team and looking to welcome two motivated professionals who are passionate about events, teamwork, and creating outstanding experiences. Event Planning & Coordination
- Plan, organise, and deliver premium events for national and international clients
- Take ownership of assigned events with guidance and support from a Senior Manager
- Coordinate suppliers, partners, and internal teams across planning and execution phases
- Prepare clear and well-structured event documents (schedules, event orders, briefings)
- Support budget tracking and basic financial administration for events
- Join client meetings, tastings, and site inspections (online and on-site)
- Be the main on-site contact for clients during core event hours
- Ensure smooth execution and brand-consistent quality throughout the entire event journey

- A Team Player – you enjoy working closely with chefs, planners, and operations
- Calm Under Pressure – you stay solution-focused, even when things move fast

- 1–3 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, catering, or project coordination
- Relevant education in event management, hospitality, business, or a comparable field
- Confident communication skills in Hungarian and good working English
- Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Canva is a plus
- Flexible and open to occasional evening or weekend events
- Driving licence (B) is a plus, not a must

Our production is currently based in Ecser (2233), easily accessible by train or car.

- Laptop & iPhone as work tools
- Access to internal templates, systems, and training
- Team events, supportive culture, and real collaboration
- Clear growth path toward Event Manager level
