To support the growing market demands, Medicontur is now looking for an ambitious:

Tasks

Yearly event planning in line with the marketing strategy and business needs
Coordinating all operations regarding international and domestic events in charge
Organising international and domestic events and congress participations from start to finish, according to HQ requirements, target audience and objectives
Planning exhibition booth and activities programme such as scientific symposiums, seminars, booth talks
Researching suitable venues and ensuring all necessary equipment is available
Coordinating caterers, booth designers/constructors, creatives and equipment hire
Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
Improve event related processes
Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
Organize the travelling & accomodation regarding the international and domestic congresses, meetings and trainings of our stakeholders and colleagues
Ensures to meet the deadlines and produce satisfying results
Supervise all staff and partners related to the events
Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any challenges that might occur
Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports
Post event sales impact management
Cost controlling responsibility

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor degree
Proven experience of min. 2-5 years as event manager
Experience in organizing international events
Excellent written and spoken English is a must
Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
Good understanding of venue operations and departments including the AV support, food and entertainment
Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
A knack for problem-solving
Confident and outgoing, team player personality
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Well organised and self motivated
Ability to work under tight deadlines
