Responsibilities

Oversee the operation of 2-3 venues, and managing event offers & event execution
Work closely with customers, and service partners to ensure seamless event coordination
Conduct successful show-rounds, highlighting the use of meeting rooms and event venues with flexibility and adaptability.
Continuously review and enhance events policies and procedures to align with business needs
Effectively manage and resolve complaints/feedback, implementing action plans for future reference.
Follow up on event feedback, audits, and inspections to ensure actions are closed to satisfaction.
Fluency in the operational functions of all kinds of (private and public) events, understanding event opportunities and boundaries.
Communicate events information clearly and effectively to all managers in both verbal and written forms.

Requirements

3 years of relevant professional experience in event organisation
Excellent written and spoken English & Hungarian
User-level computer skills, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Problem solving attitude and flexibility
Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
Confident and outgoing, team player personality
Paying attention to the smallest detail
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Driving license
