We are looking for an
 

ESG Reporting Expert

 

to join our Investor Relations & ESG team!

 

Purpose of the position 
Active participation in the preparation of ESG reporting for the capital market participants and various other stakeholders, including but not limited to annual report, quarterly reports, and investor presentations, and contribute to the preparation of and timely submission of ESG sections of the integrated annual report, and accurate submission of responses towards ESG rating and index agencies.

Main Responsibilities And Tasks

  • Contribute to ESG data collection/validation, and help synthesizing/summarizing the content for inclusion in the annual integrated report
  • Contribute to the preparation of the ESG Data Library
  • Support the coordination of the external assurance for the annual ESG report
  • Analysis of global ESG reporting practices, disclosure expectations and trends; contributing to ensuring consistency with EU (CSRD, CSDDD) and national legal requirements (ESG Law, Accounting Law), helping MOL Group to comply with the existing and emerging reporting trends
  • Preparing benchmarks and peer reviews as requested
  • Proactive support of Head of ESG coordination

Requirements

  • University or College degree in Environmental studies, Economics, Management, Social sciences or Law
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience
  • Basic knowledge and interest in sustainability, environmental, social and corporate governance matters (e.g., ESG reporting standards, GHG Protocol, UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises)
  • Fluent English and communication skills
  • User-level MS Office skills
  • Organising, initiating skills and stakeholder management
