Enterprise Risk Management and Insurance Junior Expert
We in MOL Group Risk Management are committed to protect the Group’s assets, financials and employees and thus make to Group more resilient in this volatile environment.
We have been setting risk management and risk transfer strategies and cover risks with wide variety of insurance products (property damage, business interruption, liability, loss of production, employee benefit, motor, cargo, etc.). Given the size and complexity of MOL Group’s activities, we have been working with international (London/Lloyds, continental) as well as local insurance markets.
In order to support MOL Group strategy and sustainable growth we have been operating the Group wide Enterprise risk management process covering all business areas and functional units, all types of risks (operational, strategic, financial) and prepare risk reports to senior bodies of the Group.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing risk assessments and contributing to setting effective risk transfer strategy, and defining insurance coverages for various types of risks
- Dealing with wide variety of insurance products (property damage, business interruption, loss of production, liability, employee benefit lines, motor, cargo, etc.)
- Contributing to operating of the Group’s insurance programs (e.g. assessing the risk, defining coverage, claims management)
- Collaborating with operational companies in connection with their local insurance coverages
- Active role in Enterprise Risk Management processes (risk assessments, including impact assessment, risk reporting)
- Supporting projects which improve the efficiency of the Group Risk Management activities
- Dealing with a large stakeholder group – both external (insurance companies, brokers, loss adjusters) and internal (business areas, ESG, HR, legal, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:
- University or college degree in Finance or Economics
- Knowledge of insurance markets and products, understanding of risk management principles
- Strong collaboration skill
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English language
- Can-do attitude, strong problem solving capability
- Strong analytical skill
- Good understanding of financial statements and/or modelling capabilities is an advantage
