Enterprise Administrator

Task:

Assist the leader in establishing a performance evaluation system along with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Collaborate with various departments to define performance goals, regularly monitor progress, and assess performance outcomes.
Develop and update a quantitative indicator library tailored to the specific conditions of each department to meet the company's requirements.
Take charge of department-level performance assessments, present assessment results, and submit them for leader review.
Conduct evaluations of critical work tasks and special projects as required by the company or based on assessment needs. Continuously oversee and confirm the implementation of corrective measures.
Gather feedback from management, departments, and employees on performance management. Provide prompt feedback following discussions.
