We are looking for a English-Speaking Technical Support Analyst to join our business partner's growing team. Technical Details About The Position
Location: 4032 Debrecen, Vezér street 39. (Tudáspark)
Work Mode: Onsite
Working Hours: 08:30–17:00 (1-hour break)
Type: Full-time

What You Will Do

- Be the first point of contact for English-speaking customers, providing technical support.
- Dive into complex issues, diagnosing and resolving them with confidence.
- Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing insights and working together to solve customer challenges.

Requirements

- You are fluent in English.
- You have a genuine passion for technical problem-solving
- You are an exceptional communicator who can explain complex concepts simply and clearly
