Our partner is a leading international customer service company, founded in Japan, with a presence in over 70 countries and they are providing support in more than 30 languages. We are looking for a fluent English and German speaking technical support analyst to join their dynamic team located in Debrecen!

English and German speaking technical support analyst

Task:

  • Responsible for handling customer support and technical-support related questions of customers and partners
  • Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customerrs while maintaining effective communications by adjusting to the pace and technical level of the customer
  • Help customers with information about the products and services, using relevant call handling protocols outlined in the procedure
  • Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners

    • Expectation:

  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Computer knowledge including Social Media platforms and internet
  • Knowledge of wireless local-area network (WLAN)
  • Strong affinity to electronics and technology
  • Positive and enthusiastic personality and approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently in English at all levels
  • Highly customer focused
  • Good attention to details
  • Organised, accurate, with ability to multitask
  • Ability to apply creativity to resolving problems
  • Good command of written and spoken English and German (B2/C1)
