Purpose of the position:
The position - as part of MOL Plugee’s technical team - exists to contribute to technical implementation & operation of MOL Plugee electric vehicle charger infrastructure in the region to ensure high availability of chargers. This role works on new installations, and also resolves technical issues affecting MOL Plugee electric vehicle chargers in cooperation with contracted suppliers to minimize the downtime of charger infrastructure.
In your new role You will:
- Work on the technical implementation of MOL Group’s E-mobility strategy and initiatives
- Manage selected technical projects, develop detailed work plan, supervise and control the execution
- Assist in the coordination of the day-to-day operation of the service across more countries where MOL Plugee is present
- Coordinate communication with different vendors in case of planned and non-planned maintenance and troubleshooting of chargers to ensure high level of uptime on MOL Plugee electric vehicle chargers.
- Monitor site and equipment conditions, take part in root case analysis (both electrical and communication level) and organize maintenance
- Organize and perform charger testing to ensure efficient operation of every charger operated by MOL Plugee (across more countries)
- Support Plugee sales activities with rough electrical design and cost estimation
- Determine the optimal electrical connection conditions with DSO for new and existing sites (analyze the applicability of renewables and energy storage, etc.); supervise the site planning and construction.
- Continuous collaboration with partner departments, subcontractors and authorities to ensure the optimal operational conditions for the EV charger infrastructure
- Monitor the trends and new products on the EV and EV charger market and suggest new projects for the upcoming market needs
What You bring:
- Finished or ongoing University/College degree preferably in electrical engineering
- 1-2 year relevant work experience is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of electrical network topology and operation
- Interest in communication networks
- B category driver license
- Good communication in English
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
