E-Mobility Business Analyst
Purpose of the position:
The main responsibility of the position is to take part in the long term MOL Plugee strategy building and support sales and marketing driven developments (e.g.: pricing, customer loyalty offers, campaigns, etc.) with relevant analyses and recommendations to achieve strategic KPI-s.
As an E-Mobility Sales and Marketing Business Analyst:
- MOL Plugee Business performance tracking and marketing activities reporting by building a complex set of indicators.
- Contributing to customer segmentation and the development of a segment-based acquisition strategy.
- Make sales activity recommendations based on performance and current trends.
- Contributing to develop pricing strategy and develop attractive sales offers based on customer behaviour.
- Set up an automated (BI) performance tracking system.
- Making analytical recommendations to define and fine-tune strategic directions and objectives.
- Support sales driven developments with relevant cost-benefit analyses to ensure EBITDA increase.
- Professional support/leadership of data lake development project.
We are looking for You with
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably in a business/economics/IT related field).
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a (business) analyst preferably in multinational environment.
- English communication skills at a negotiation level.
- Analytical, solution-oriented way of thinking, strategic sense, proactive problem solving.
- Upper intermediate knowledge of Excel, Power Query, Power BI.
- At least basic SQL knowledge.
