Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities:
- Support fleet business operations (experience in this area is a plus)
- Provide customer support via phone and email (no chat)
- Handle approx. 4-5 calls and 10-20 emails daily
- Maintain customer data and manage complaints
- Collaborate closely with sales colleagues
- Work with Salesforce
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Dutch language proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken)
- English language (B2 at least)
- 0,5-1 year of experience in a customer facing role
- Excel skills at intermediate or advanced level
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and time management abilities
- SAP/Salesforce knowledge is an advantage
