Dutch Recruiter - Project (ET104)

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle for Dutch-speaking roles, from job posting to offer stage.
Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases.
Conduct interviews in Dutch and English to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
Fluency in Dutch and strong command of English (both written and spoken)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, databases)
Candidate needs to be currently eligible to work in Hungary.
