Our Financial Planning and Reporting team partners with MOL Group’s Downstream business across multiple countries, providing strategic and financial insights that drive performance.

We are looking for a highly skilled financial professional to join us!

Downstream Finance Business Partner

Location: MOL Campus, Budapest (on-site)

• Serve as the key finance contact for a dedicated business area within the Downstream segment

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes

• Support business planning and forecasting activities

• Deliver meaningful financial analyses to senior management

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and countries

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Controlling

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience

• Fluency in business English and in Hungarian with strong communication skills

• Service- and process-oriented mindset with attention to detail

• Proactive, problem-solving approach

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Strong MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)

• A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights and actions.
