The Digital Transformation Lead will manage organizational developments, collaborate with Digital Factory management, and lead cross-functional strategic projects. This role involves working closely with the Head of Digital Factory on new initiatives and strategic areas.

 

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: 

Consumer Services has successfully completed the first phase of its digital transformation, led by Digital Factory. This phase included implementing a Data Lake and data analytics tools across 8 countries to support the digitalization of internal operations and launching a digital loyalty rewards program to enhance customer interactions and retain loyalty customers.

 

In the next phase, Digital Factory aims to accelerate the shift towards a data-driven operation by supporting the adoption and further development of analytical tools. Additionally, it will evolve the digital loyalty rewards program with gamification features, personalization capabilities, and convenient payment solutions to maintain MOL MOVE as the leading loyalty program in Central Eastern Europe. Aligned with the MOL GROUP 2030+ Shape Tomorrow strategy, we plan to leverage our loyalty platform to build a digital ecosystem, unify retail and mobility customers on one platform, and enhance B2B2C integration with Downstream Fleet Card.

 

Achieving these goals necessitates further development of the Digital Factory operating model and strengthening capabilities in design, ecosystem management, product management, and engineering. We aim to establish a true digital product organization driven by customer and business vision, innovation, agile delivery, and high transparency.

  • Lead the development of the Digital Factory operating model, ensuring quarterly progress in alignment with the management team.

  • Develop and maintain the Digital Factory-level roadmap, identifying and mitigating blockers, risks, and dependencies.

  • Establish and improve the measurement system for Digital Factory effectiveness.

  • Lead strategic, cross-functional projects internally and externally.

  • Manage the Group Digital Strategy Expert, supporting their personal and professional development.

  • Facilitate the creation of new business opportunities and digital services, developing business cases and strategies.

  • Participate in the Digital Factory Management Team to help set overall vision and strategic objectives.

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Economics, or Technology

 

Professional Competencies:

  • Proven knowledge in Retail/Consumer Goods/Mobility domains

  • Solid understanding of digital solutions, with a product ownership background

  • Excellent strategy and business case development competencies

 

Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management and business negotiation skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to lead multi-cultural teams across borders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Expertise in product management and business requirement formulation

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience, including roles as a digital product manager or product owner, and/or top-tier strategy consulting experience

 

Language(s):

  • Fluency in English

 

IT Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Basic usage of data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)

  • Familiarity with JIRA, JIRA BigPicture, Confluence is a strong plus

  • Familiarity with prototyping and journey mapping tools (e.g., Figma, Axure, InVision, Visio) is a plus
