Digital Transformation Expert (IT Business Analyst)

• Understand business needs 

Work with business stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements, helping transform operational challenges into improvement opportunities and digital initiatives. 

• Support project delivery 

Contribute to digital projects through planning, coordination, monitoring, and stakeholder alignment activities, helping ensure successful implementation and measurable business value. 

• Spot opportunities for improvement 

Collaborate with business teams to understand existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and support initiatives that simplify and improve day-to-day operations. 

• Be the problem-solver 

Contribute to business analysis and process improvement activities while helping teams improve efficiency, transparency, and performance. 

• Drive digital adoption 

Coordinate communication, training, and adoption activities, helping business users successfully integrate digital solutions into their daily work and business processes.

Educational Background

• You have a university degree in: Business Informatics, Information Technology, Software Engineering or similar field.  

Professional Experience 

• 1-2 years of experience or recent graduate. 
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, project coordination, digital transformation, or IT/business projects is an advantage. 
• Relevant internship experience, university projects, or participation in student initiatives are also valued.

• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian
