Your Mission:

 As Digital Payments Product Owner, you will lead the development and optimization of cutting-edge payment solutions across MOL Group’s Consumer Services. Your work will ensure frictionless, secure, and innovative payment experiences for millions of customers across multiple channels.

  • Own and evolve MOL’s digital payment solutions called PayandDevice and Outdoor Payment Terminals

  • Set ambitious targets for cost efficiency and customer experience

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Treasury, Digital Factory, Finance, and Legal

  • Drive innovation by assessing emerging payment technologies and trends

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and card scheme requirements

  • Monitor performance and continuously optimize solutions for impact

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or Technology

  • 5+ years experience in payment-related products/services (e-commerce, mobile, EFTPOS, acquiring)

  • Strong product management and project delivery skills

  • Understanding of digital transformation

  • Excellent analytical mindset and ability to thrive in an agile environment

  • Fluency in English

  • Familiarity with journey mapping tools (Axure, InVision, Visio)
