Diákmunka - Supplier Master Data Intern (French speaking)
Feladatok:
•Onboard new suppliers using Ariba and SAP technology
•Register ELC existing suppliers in Ariba SLP module so that they can self-maintain their basic data
•Work with Suppliers via phone/email to retrieve and update data as required
•Ensure data integrity in key system and maintaining the processes to support the data quality
•Support Supplier data updates, when required
•Follow Supplier compliance processes and procedures
•Create reporting on Supplier key data metrics
•Compose and maintain documentation on Supplier data onboarding and updating
•Periodic update of data definitions, whenever necessary

Elvárások:
•Ongoing collage/university studies preferably on the field of economics/logistics
•Willingness to work at least 25 hours/week (flexible, home office is available) – We can give a certificate for last semester’s mandatory internship if requested
•Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
•Collaborative, able to foster a team relationship with co-workers and all agency disciplines
•Able to follow complex processes and to manage multiple deadlines (reprioritizing as needed)
•MS Office skills
•Proficient in English and French written and verbal communication
•Willingness to work at least 25 hours/week (flexible, home office is available) – We can give a certificate for last semester’s mandatory internship if requested
