Feladatok
What awaits you?
−Supporting HR Marketing events and representing BMW at job fairs, festivals, and other external events
−Organizing event-related logistics, including briefings, meeting coordination, and team supplies
−Coordinating with internal departments and external agencies
−Preparing regular reports
−Managing and maintaining databases
−Providing administrative support
−Working with Microsoft Office applications and internal systems

Elvárások
What you should bring along?
−Ongoing university studies in Marketing, HR, Economics or Communication.
−English and Hungarian at conversational level. German is an advantage.
−Teamwork ability and project management way of thinking.
−Confident user of Microsoft Office applications
−Availability at least 30 hours / week, flexible scheduling, at least 4 days / week.
−Great communication skills and attention to details mindset.
−Willingness to work on weekends.
−Basic programming skills are an advantage
−Driving licence “B”
